It is important that you complete this membership form so that you can be contacted about future events, and participate in the Association's General Meting to be held at the Conference. Please also make sure that your team contact details are correct on the team page.

Membership fees are currently set as follows:

• 1 Year Expires June 30, 2008      Complimentary
  2 Years Expires June 30, 2009     AUD 50.00*
  3 Years Expires June 30, 2010     AUD 100.00
  4 Years Expires June 30, 2011     AUD 150.00
